In this tutorial I am going to show you how to easily install the Kodi software onto your Pc or Laptop. I am also going to show you how to install the Exodus app into the Kodi Software to allow you to watch Movies and Tv shows. This tutorial is valid as of June 25, 2017.

Let’s get started! The first thing that you will need to do is open up a web browser and navigate to www.Kodi.tv . Once you get there you will need to click on the “Download” button:
This will take you to the Kodi “download” page. Scroll down until you see a set of icons for the different platforms. If you are using a Windows device, you will click on the “Windows” icon to start the download.
When you click on the “WIndows” icon, a new window will pop up with some options on it. You want to choose the “Installer (32 bit)” option.
When you click “Installer (32 bit)”, your download will begin. You will see it’s progress in the botton left corner of your browser. When the download has completed, click on the download to launch the installer.
Now the Kodi Installer will launch and the following window will appear. Click “Next”
After clicking “Next”, the Kodi License agreement will appear. Read through it and click “I Agree” to continue:
After clicking “I Agree”, the “Components” window will appear. Simply click “Next”
After clicking “Next”, the Install Location window will appear. Simply click “Next”
After clicking “Next”, the Start Menu Folder options window will appear. Click “Install”
After clicking “Install” the software will begin installing and the progress window will appear
After the software has finished installing, the last “Setup” window will appear. Check the “Run Kodi” box and click “Finish”. This will close the Kodi Installer and Launch the Kodi Software:
When Kodi runs for the first time, it will not have any content in it. We will have to set it up to have content. We will install the Exodus app. This is how you do it.
Click on “Settings”
On the next screen, Click on “System Settings”:
On the “System Settings” screen, go to the “Add-Ons” tab and make sure that the “Unknown Sources” option is turned “ON”:
When you turn this option on, a Warning Window will appear. Click “YES”:
Now we want to go back to the Systems Menue. Press the “Backspace” key on your keyboard. Once you are back at the Systems Menu, we want to choose the “File Manager”
After you open the “File Manger”, click on “Add Source”
After you click on “Add Source”, Click on “None” on the next screen.
Now enter “http://www.kdil.co/repo” as the path:
Now Name the Path by typing “Kdil” in the second box. Then, click “OK”
Now, press your “Backspace” key twice to go back to the Main Menu. Once you are on the Main Menu, click “Addons”
Now you are on the “Addons Menu”. Click on the “Box” icon in the upper left corner.
On the next page, click on the “Install From Zipfile” button:
Now choose the “Kdil” file:
On the next screen, click on “Kodil.zip”:
Wait a second for it to load. On the next screen, click “Install From Repository”:
On the next screen, click on “Kodil Repository”:
On the next screen, click on “Video Addons”
On the next screen, scroll down until you find “Exodus” and click on it.
On the next screen find and click the “Install” option:
After clicking “Install”, several tabs will open in the top right corner of your screen. Wait for the “Exodus Add-On Installed” tab to pop up. At this point, Exodus has been installed.
When Exodus has finished installing, click on “Exodus” again.
Now click on “Update”:
In the next window, click the first version that is listed:
Wait for the “Kodi has Updated” notification:
After Exodus has updated, press your “Backspace” key 5 times to go back to the main menu. Once you are at the main menu, go under “Addons” and click on the “Exodus” app to open it.
Congratulation! You have installed the Kodi Software and Exodus app. Enjoy!
